The identity for DISTRICT, a luxury residence located in Downtown NY, needed to evoke a sense of sex appeal. The mark borrows inspiration from the New York Noir films of the 1950s, mimicking the long, perspective shadows in the shape formed by the type. Signage and displays for the exterior and interior of the sales office extended this theme.
